How to attach nail tips

  • 01. Fine-tuning the tip

    First, place the tip on your nail and check that it does not touch your skin. Gently file down any areas where the tip and skin overlap.

  • 02. Remove oil

    Wash your hands and dry them completely. Wipe the nail surface with an alcohol wipe (or kitchen paper soaked in rubbing alcohol). Change the wipe surface each time you wipe a different nail.

  • 03. Match the curve of the tip to your natural nail

    If there is a gap between your nail and the tip, warm it with your fingers and slowly widen the curve.

    (If it is difficult to adjust, such as in winter, hold the tip with tweezers and warm it with a hair dryer until it becomes soft. *Please be careful not to apply heat for too long as this may cause burns or discoloration.)

  • 04. Apply the chip

    Peel off the release paper from the nail adhesive tape and press the 04 tip onto the nail, aligning it with the base.

    ​Make sure to press firmly on the base and both sides of the nail so that the tip fits snugly along the entire nail, not just the center.

How to remove nail tips

ATTENTION

Please refrain from forcibly peeling off firmly attached tips as this may damage your nails.

  • 01. Prepare hot water in a bowl

    Please prepare lukewarm water or remove it when bathing.

  • 02. Put your hands in hot water with the tip still attached

    Hot water will weaken the adhesive tape

  • 03. Peel off the chip

    Insert a wooden stick (or a toothpick) into the gap between the nail and the chip and slowly peel it off. It will be easier to remove if you insert it from different directions.

  • 04. Remove the adhesive tape from the chip

    If any adhesive tape remains on the tip, you can easily remove it by inserting a wooden stick into the tape and twisting it around. Remove and discard all the used adhesive tape.

  • 05. Wash the tip and dry it thoroughly

    Wash the tip (especially the backside) with soap and water, dry it thoroughly, and store it. If it is dirty, it will come off easily the next time you use it.
