Please measure your nails with the clear tip to determine the correct size.

Shape memory type:
Please measure the width and length of your nail.

Try using a thicker 0.5mm tape or two pieces of tape stacked together to fill the gap between the tip and the nail.

If it still doesn't fit, we can make it flat, so please contact us.

The nail tips themselves can be reused as long as they are not damaged. Please use new adhesive tape for each application.

To remove the nail tips, insert the included wooden stick (a toothpick will also work) into the gap and slowly and carefully peel them off while letting air in. It will be easier to remove if you soak them in hot water. Be careful not to damage your nails.

If you select the shape memory gel tip option, we can provide you with a tip that is curved to fit your nails perfectly.

It lasts for one day. Simply put it on when you leave in the morning and remove it when you get home at night. The next day, you can use it by replacing it with a new adhesive tape in the morning.

Please refrain from using the product for more than two consecutive days as this may cause bacterial growth.

We often receive orders for straightening. You can order it for both hands or one hand. The length adjustment really varies depending on the customer.

Both straightening and length adjustment are done to tailor the hair to your needs, so if you're not sure whether straightening is necessary, we can help you by showing us photos. Please let us know your preferred length.
