Delivery process

  • 01. Purchase size measurement chips

    First, purchase a measuring chip to check your size.
    This is required if you want the normal type .
    (If you want a shape-memory type, you can skip this step as no measurements are required.)

    Shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
    Delivery will be via ClickPost with tracking but no compensation.

  • 02. Size measurement

    The measuring chip will be delivered to your home to measure your perfect size. Please refer to the enclosed instructions for how to wear it and what to check.

  • 03. Purchase your desired menu

    Purchase your desired product from our online store.
    After your purchase, we will contact you via LINE, so please register.

  • 04. Fill out the order form

    Please fill out a special form and answer questions about the size, desired design, intended use, and costume.

  • 05. Design consultation

    Based on the information you provide, we will confirm your specific requests and any questions you may have via LINE and work out a direction for you.

  • 06. Design proposal

    We will compile a design proposal using illustrations and photographs and provide a document with your proposal. We will accept up to two revisions.

  • 07. Chip processing

    The size and curve are carefully adjusted to create a shape that fits naturally to your fingertips. Each piece is adjusted by hand.

  • 08. Design production

    We carefully apply art to each piece according to the design proposal.

  • 09. Inspection

    The finished chips are inspected in detail to check their shape, strength, finish, etc., to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition.

  • 10. Packaging and Shipping

    We will wrap it with care and send it via Click Post (tracked but not insured) and deliver it to your mailbox.
    Once you receive the item, please check that there are no defects or imperfections. If there are any problems, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.

    The tip is rounded and standard. It is longer than the Oval S, so your fingers will look neater.

    This type is perfect for unique designs. The straight lines on the sides completely cover the nails, so it's also recommended for those who don't want to show their nails.

  • Shape memory type (+3,000 yen)

    Oval

    A special gel tip that can be adjusted by warming it with your fingers. This reduces discomfort when wearing the contact lenses and improves the fit. It can be adjusted in all directions as many times as you like. The curve of the tip matches the nail, making them less likely to come off.
